He is POLONEUM's founder, president of the Development Council and CEO of the organisation. A conceptualist and an innovative architect, he dedicated his career to bio-upgrading human habitat on our planet. He organised world's first of its kind, industry specific seminar 'Application of Genetic Modification (GM) in Architecture, Construction and Affiliated Industries', in Poddebice ('a town under oaks'), Poland, 2001. In Australia, working on GM enhanced ventures he co-founded BIOCONST^® Pty Limited, and recently he founded the TIIT Technology Institute Pty. Ltd., to promote the innovative application of genetics and other branches of informatics in architecture and affiliated domains. He has been a founder and a president of a number of charitable organisations, which support R&D of GM technologies. Earlier, he served as a director and a secretary of the Board of the Polish Credit Union in Adelaide, where he was primarily responsible for development of an environmentally sustainable housing project. He holds patents of key importance for a breakthrough trend in architecture - the bioarchitecture. In this respect, he is writing a book titled 'BIOCONST ('BIOKONST' in Polish version), which is an innovative work, a manifesto of introduction of biotechnology in architecture, construction and affilliated industries. He took active part in the South Australian Solar Cities initiative, which resulted in his writing a tutorial to a course of 'The Housing Solarisation'. His interest in development of solar technology led him to exploring in more detail the beginnings of development of our civilisation. He noticed how information transpiring from the ancient past is still actual today, and how badly it needs to be delligently revised, confronted in its entirety with our current knowledge, carefully analysed and only then included in the main stream media. He noticed importance of the clean information in our everyday lives and introduced the term of infomination and identified it as the single biggest threat to our civilisation's existence. Rapid development of our civilisation confirm his finding in full. He is in the process of revision of all sciences at TIIT Technology Institute and is currently an author of a series of articles about the origin of languages and cultures of the world, with an indication on a leading role of the ancestor of the Polish language, the language ' Poly ', and the culture of humans who spoke it, in shaping of the world's civilisation. In this respect, he is putting all information together and will release his book next year, 'P for Heaven, or Britain means the Heavenly'.

He is a veteran member of POLONEUM. Currently in the role of the Chief Community Officer (CCO). He held management positions in his family business in Europe for over twenty years. His work included promotion of sport and tourist industries in Central Europe. As the CCO of POLONEUM he holds responsibilities for the organisation's community programs execution, he also has a role as the Program Manager to supervise the courses and employment for volunteers. During his career he was very active as a sportsman on top of his professional duties, and at the prime of his sport capacity he was an active member of Polish National Basket Ball Team, contributing to its success at the time. His involvement in sport has always been passionate, and until present, he perceives sport as the best way for upbringing the next healthy generations. His philosophy is approved with the pace of time, as we can see, especially in our youth, who nowadays tend to compromise sport activities with time spent at keyboards, screens and desks. This is the reason why Andrew engaged on research of trends in development of technology, in order to assist in shaping more human friendly technology. He currently serves as a member of several technology research companies, where he exercises his passion for implementation of emerging cutting edge technologies for the community use. He dedicated his professional activity to development of POLONEUM programs supporting new solutions aiming at increasing wellbeing of South Australians, in what is the most ambitious project of his career.
