Stanisław (Stan) Kabaciński is POLONEUM's founder, president of the Development Council and CEO of this organisation, locally titled Organiser-in-Chief, denoted by ON. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Politechnika Łódzka, (Lodz Technical University), in Łódź, Poland, in degree of the Master of Arts in Architecture And Engineering. He received his diploma in specialty of the Industrial Architecture, prepared under direction of the luminary of Polish architecture, Professor Jerzy (George) Hryniewiecki. During His career, He took part i.a. in a project of the prestigious Hospital-Memorial of Polish Mother in Łódź, Poland. In Europe He established Himself as an innovative architect and a conceptualist who cares for protection of the natural environment against harmful influence of our civilisation, which is rather visible there. His dreams of tomorrow's architecture began to incarnate upon His arrival to Australia, where He completely devoted His professional life to bio-upgrading human habitat on Earth, and undertook studying for over a decade local ecological niches, preserved in their original state, untouched by influence of industry. Greatly impressed, He then decided to share His insights with colleagues in Europe and has organised the POLONEUM Delegation 2001, which delivered world's first of its kind, industry specific seminar 'Application of Genetic Modification (GM) in Architecture, Construction and Affiliated Industries', in Poddębice ('a town under oaks'), Poland, 2001.

The great success of this event was that it passed the message to the world that genetics combined with architecture is the essential mission, if we have in hearts this planet, its life and the fate of our future generations. In Australia, working on GM enhanced ventures He co-founded BIOCONST® Pty Limited, which is a pioneering enterprise of an emerging global movement of BIOCONST (BIOKONST, dependant on region), officially initiated by Him on the above mentioned seminar in Poddębice. At that time, a luminary of Australian architecture, the late Keith Neighbour, OAM, showed interest in His architectural philosophy, and agreed to join Him on the project of SHELL-EA, a high-rise-shell tower, in which for the first time in the world, there are to be implemented architectural elements and building materials grown on the basis of genetic modification (GM). In order to support this initiative and promote the innovative application of genetics and other branches of informatics in architecture and affiliated domains He founded, also in South Australia, the TIIT Technology Institute Pty. Ltd. He has also been a founder and a president of a number of charitable organisations, which support R&D of GM technologies by ia an educational activity. Earlier, He served as a director and a secretary of the Board of the Polish Credit Union in Adelaide, South Australia, where he was primarily responsible for supervision of the unique housing complex project 100% symbiotic with natural environment. He holds a patent, and is working on plenty more similar ones, of key importance for a breakthrough trend in architecture - the bioarchitecture. In this respect, He is writing a book titled 'BIOCONST ('BIOKONST' in Polish version), which is an innovative work, a manifesto of introduction of biotechnology in architecture, construction and affilliated industries. He took an active part in the South Australian Solar Cities initiative, which resulted in His writing a tutorial to a course of 'The Housing Solarisation'. His interest in development of solar and other technologies led Him to exploring in more detail the beginnings of development of our civilisation. He appreciated the importance of information transpiring from the ancient past and how it is still actual today. He came to a conclusion that it badly needs to be delligently revised, confronted in its entirety with our current knowledge, carefully analysed and only following the procedure included in the mainstream media. He noticed importance of the clean, logically correct information in our everyday lives and introduced the term of infomination, which he identified as the single biggest threat to our civilisation's existence. The development of our civilisation fully confirms the significance and importance of this discovery. He is in the process of revision of all sciences' progress at TIIT Technology Institute, and is currently an author of a series of articles about the origin of languages and cultures of the world, with an indication on a leading role of the Ancestor of the Polish language, the Pāli language, and the culture of humans who spoke It, in shaping the world's civilisation. For His contribution in the fight against infomination He was placed on the World List of Dissident Scientists. Currently, He is putting all information together, and as of the next year, He will start releasing His books: 'P FOR HEAVEN', 'PLANET POLONEUM', 'BIOCONST' and 'POLONEUM'.

He is a veteran activist of POLONEUM, currently in the role of the Chief Community Officer (CCO). He held management positions in his family business in Europe for over twenty years. His work included promotion of sport and tourist industries in Central Europe. As the CCO of POLONEUM He is responsible for the organisation's community programs execution, He also has a role as the Program Manager to supervise the courses and employment for volunteers. During His career He was very active as a sportsman on top of His professional duties, and at the prime of His sport capacity He was an active member of the Polish National Basket Ball Team, contributing to its success at the time. His involvement in sport has always been passionate, and until present, He perceives sport as the best way for upbringing the next healthy generations. His philosophy is approved with the pace of time, as we can see the negative impact on our youth due to their passive lifestyle, as they nowadays tend to compromise sport activities with time spent at keyboards, screens and desks. This is the main reason why He engaged on research of trends in development of technology, in order to assist in shaping more human friendly technology. He currently serves as a member of several technology research companies, where he exercises His passion for implementation of emerging cutting edge technologies for the community use.

He dedicated his professional activity to development of POLONEUM programs supporting new solutions aiming at increasing wellbeing of South Australians, in what is the most ambitious project of His career.
