POLONEUM STRATEGY

With its new decade POLONEUM has introduced an upgraded and exhilarating scheme in the scope of its activities. Delegations shall be organised according to the upgraded 'POLONEUM FORMULA', thanks to which these overseas missions had already demonstrated capacity to generate massive business from emerging markets, capitalising on naturally occuring channels for extensive cultural exchange. The latest updates on facts and figures from Polish Chamber of Commerce (PCCSA) regarding Polish-Australian trade relations show this capacity in detail, confirming necessity for initiatives such as POLONEUM Delegations.

POLONEUM is dedicated to plans based on professional expertise but, never less so, a practical approach. The trade Delegations deliver experience contributing to the genuine database, which importance can't be overestimated and is vital in the process of decision making. FACTS AND FIGURES ABOUT POLAND

Here are some facts and figures on Polish Australian trade relations in 2000/2001 (following PCCSA update).

Poland is a country of appr. 40 mln people, 12 mln households, 2 mln private farms and 1mln private farming plots.

South Australian exports to Poland - AUD 2.5 mln (74th in the overall ranking),

South Australian imports from Poland AUD 0.9295 mln (56th in the overall ranking).

Respective all Australian totals are: in exports - AUD 104.86 mln, and in imports - AUD 45.6mln.

The above figures for Poland-Australia trade place Australia on 63rd position in exports and 49th position in imports.

POLONEUM's launch of the AUD 25mln Mature Age Reorientation Centre in Adelaide project (see MARCiA), has estimated capacity to double the above figures for South Australia and increase by an estimated 10% those for all Australia.

ABOUT POLONEUM FORMULA AND HOW DOES WORK

The above estimates are justified because of the Project's volume but, more importantly, of the unique design and the schedule, adopted by the 'POLONEUM FORMULA'. The Formula is the key element of an organisational scheme, according to which businesses cooperate on the POLONEUM PROJECT. The idea is to generate, what we call a 'channel effect' - the mechanics of the entire plan is subdued to the general rule allowing all financial transits through one facility only - the proposed POLONEUM Financial Institution. Thanks to this no one is lost in the overseas traffic during multilateral intensive and long-term cooperation. The Formula employs a technique, which is a compilation of positioning and timing of standard segments in a business plan. It was introduced for the first time in 2000 in the POLONEUM PROPOSAL and has been refined over the next decade at POLONEUM Programs. Thanks to this economic plan, POLONEUM can pride on achievements surpassing even those with the 'swollen budgets'.
