Stanislaw (Stan) Kabacinski is a founder, proprietor, director and secretary, and the sole shareholder of TIIT Technology Institute Pty. Ltd. (TIIT).
Stan is a conceptualist and an innovative architectural designer, and dedicated his career to bio-upgrading human habitat on our planet (see His concise CV). He organised the world's first-of-its-kind, industry-specific seminar on "Application of Genetic Modification (GM) in Architecture, Construction and Affiliated Industries", in Poddębice, Poland, 2001. In Australia, he solely initiated, co-founded and provides consultancy as the Concept Development Officer (CDO) to the world famous BIOCONST and its family of companies and related projects. He is also a founder and presides in a number of charitable organisations, in particular POLONEUM.
The TIIT Institute Constitution (The Company Constitution) is documented by the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association, which state that the principal purpose of the Institute shall be as described in the Mission Statement.

Current Legal Status
As stated in the Constitution of the Institute of the current legal status of the Institute is the 'Special Purpose Company' within the meaning of federal legislation. In business practice, this means that TIIT Institute does not run a full accounting and its activity is charitable to the extent permitted by its Constitution.
